Do you only advise on AI strategy, or do you build it too?
Both, and that's the point. The role is Impact Architect, not just tool deployment. Before anything ships, I map the organization-wide impact of AI across three dimensions: user acceptance (human behavior), cost, innovation and efficiency gains (strategy), and maintainability and doability (technology). Then I build and deploy the working software, from prototype to production. You get a system your team actually uses, not a slide deck.
Why hire you when I could just use ChatGPT myself?
ChatGPT is a great tool, and you should keep using it. But the model is the easy part. The hard part is deciding where AI genuinely belongs, wiring it into your real workflows and data, and getting your team to trust and adopt it. That is the work I do. You do not need an in-house AI team to start, and you will not get a chat window where you needed a working system.
How much does it cost?

How do you measure ROI, and what if it doesn't work?
Every engagement starts by picking one high-impact workflow with a measurable baseline (time, cost, or error rate), so you can see the before and after. The Sprint is deliberately small and fast so you prove value in weeks, not gamble a budget on a year-long program. If a prototype does not earn its keep, we catch it early. That is the whole point of starting small.
Who owns the code and data, and will my data train AI models?
You own all of it: the code, the workflows, and your data. Nothing you share is used to train public AI models. Everything I build is made to meet the data-protection rules of your jurisdiction (FADP in Switzerland, GDPR in the EU). For regulated work, Auctor adds source-bound, auditable AI and is in pilot now. No black boxes, no vendor lock-in.
What happens after launch, and will I be stuck paying you forever?
No. The goal is to build your team's capability, not your dependence on me. You get the working system, documentation, and a hands-on onboarding so you can run it yourselves. Ongoing support (The Transformation) is there if you want it, but it is a choice, not a leash.
